I recently stayed at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel for four nights during the WBCA convention. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I ran into some housekeeping issues that put a damper on my stay. While my room on the 32nd floor had a nice city view and was comfortable, I was disappointed with the inconsistent housekeeping service and the limited breakfast options.
